1. Use and scope of use:

Introduction: Our company designs and manufactures a 1-100L double-layer glass reactor and its associated heating/cooling cycle unit. The double-layer glass reactor can be stirred at a high temperature by a high-temperature heat source (oil bath) (the maximum temperature can reach 300 ° C), or can be stirred by a low-temperature refrigerant (coolant) (the lowest temperature can reach -80 ° C); The layer glass reactor can be subjected to a normal pressure reaction under normal pressure conditions, or a vacuum negative pressure reaction can be performed by a vacuum device. Moreover, its unique design can withstand a certain positive pressure, which makes the test safer and more convenient. It is an ideal small test, pilot test, and production equipment for the synthesis, separation, extraction and concentration of modern fine chemicals, bio-pharmaceuticals, and new materials.
 
Working principle of double wall glass reactor and jacketed glass reactor: The reaction medium is placed in the inner layer of the double-layer glass reactor, and the constant temperature is injected into the double-layer glass reactor jacket (high-temperature hot water, heat transfer oil or low-temperature freezing) Liquid) The material in the reactor is heated or cooled at a constant temperature, and mechanical agitation can be provided. The sealed glass reactor was subjected to a vacuum stirring reaction under a set constant temperature condition, and the reaction was concentrated by distillation, and the extraction reaction was separated to synthesize a crystallization reaction, a reaction heat generation, and the like. After the experiment is completed, the material can be discharged from the Teflon discharge port at the bottom of the kettle, which is extremely convenient to operate.

2. Main structure:

The glass reactor vessel is made of GG17 borosilicate glass and 304 stainless steel material, including kettle lid, kettle body (double glass reactor), condenser, distillation flask, constant pressure dropping funnel, agitator, 304 stainless steel well Frame, low temperature circulating oil bath and other components. It has the characteristics of transparency, corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance, which is convenient for the operator to observe the reaction changes of the medium in the kettle, which is very intuitive, safe and reliable. The mixing method is mechanical agitation mechanical seal, strong stirring force and no leakage.
● Adopt frequency control, three-phase AC induction motor. Constant speed, no spark, large torque, safe and stable, continuous operation. (Optional explosion-proof or geared motor and variable frequency speed control)
● The complete glass instrument is made of GG17 borosilicate glass, which is a double-layered clip-like structure. The glass has a thickness of 5-7mm and has good chemical and physical properties.
● The conventional reaction kettle is equipped with five reaction kettle lids, with stirring port equipped with mechanical stirrer, reflux distillation port with condenser, filling port constant pressure funnel, spare venting port (fillable inert gas), temperature measuring port with thermometer casing A full set of glass devices. (Can be processed to make extra large feeding ports, solid materials have no worries)
● Fluoric cap and discharge valve adopt high-efficiency mechanical seal and PTFE joint, which can maintain high-precision sealing under working condition and achieve good vacuum effect.
● The lower discharge port has flange opening and PTFE discharge valve, so that there is no dead angle in the container and no residual materials. The complete discharge valve can be easily disassembled to facilitate the cleaning inside the reactor.
● Spiral or anchor type PTFE stirring paddle: driven by AC motor, the motor speed is controlled by the stepless speed regulation of the inverter. The motor drives the stirring shaft and the stirring blade to rotate through the universal joint to achieve the purpose of stirring. Inner diameter 12mm 316L stainless steel rod, outer PTFE tube, resistant to strong acid, strong alkali and strong corrosion. (Can be customized double or triple layer stirring blade for mixing and mixing of low to high viscosity liquid)
● Measurement and temperature control device: The temperature measurement mercury thermometer is inserted into the temperature measurement casing on the kettle lid, and the temperature of the internal medium of the reactor is measured by a thermometer. (Optional with digital display temperature measuring device, high precision, small error, effectively improve work efficiency)

3. Introduction to features

It is made of military technology and has finer workmanship, which makes the operation more convenient. ●The discharge port has a flanged mouth and a PTFE valve. There is no dead angle in the container, and the solid material can be separated.
