ZZKD provides you with the maintenance rules for the glass reactors:
1. Before use, carefully check whether the glass bottle of the glass reactor is damaged, whether the interfaces are consistent, and be careful to handle it gently.The power connection must have a reliable ground wire to ensure that the enclosure is safely grounded.
2. When disassembling, cleaning and using glass instruments, avoid impact to prevent damage.
3. Wipe each interface with a soft cloth and apply a little vacuum grease.
4. The ports of the glass reactor should not be screwed too tightly, and should be loosened regularly to avoid long-term locking and locking of the connectors.
5. Turn on the power switch first, and then let the instrument run from slow to fast, and then turn off the switch after stopping the instrument when it is stopped.Do not use the glass reactor reaction flask without any load.
6. For precious solutions, do simulation process experiments before transferring to normal use.
7. The Teflon switches everywhere can not be tightened excessively to avoid damage to the glass.
8. After each use, all kinds of oil stains, stains, and solvent remaining on the surface of the instrument must be wiped with a soft cloth to keep it clean.
9. Water or oil must be added to the bath before powering on, and the power supply must be cut off after use. If there is scale on the bath, clean it up in time to avoid damage to the heating tube.
10. The discharge valve of the glass reactor should be cleaned frequently to ensure the vacuum of the equipment.
11. Loosen the PTFE switches after the machine stops, and the PTFE piston will be deformed if it is in the working state for a long time.
12. Always check the degree of wear or corrosion of the sealing ring, and replace the worn and corroded sealing ring in time to ensure the high vacuum of the instrument.
13. Clean the sealing ring regularly: remove the sealing ring to check whether there is dirt on the shaft, wipe it with a soft cloth and apply a little vacuum grease to reinstall it. Pay attention to keeping the shaft and the sealing ring smooth.
14. The electrical parts must not be exposed to water and moisture. It is strictly forbidden to use an electric furnace or an open flame to heat directly. When evaporating flammable, explosive, toxic, corrosive or precious solutions, corresponding safety protection measures must be taken and relevant safety operation regulations must be followed.
15. Please purchase original accessories from the factory. Using other accessories at will will cause fatal damage to the instrument.
16. When doing any repairs or inspections on the glass reactor, be sure to cut off the power and water source first.
