The glass reactor in the reactor equipment should be used to avoid damage to the equipment caused by bumps and hard objects. There are two main types of glass reactors: single-layer glass reactors and jacketed glass reactors.
Single layer glass reactor:
In order to better improve the working efficiency of the single-layer glass reactor, we usually have auxiliary equipment such as vacuum pump and cryopump. Since the single-layer glass reactor has its own heated water/oil bath, there is no need to purchase additional heating equipment.
Double layer glass reactor:
A vacuum pump is required during use, and the GYY series water/oil bath and cryopump are used together. To achieve the highest efficiency of this device.
The cooling system on the glass reactor, the coolant inlet of the cooling coil in the serpentine condenser, enters from bottom to top. This can well avoid the problem that there is a gap in the viscous coolant, resulting in poor cooling effect.

The low temperature pump plays a vital role in the evaporation of the material. It helps the distilled material to be condensed into a liquid for easy collection.
The circulating water/oil bath provides a heat source for the double-layer glass reactor to aid in the distillation of the materials in the reactor.
If your reactants do not require a high temperature, you can choose to use a high and low temperature machine. This equipment can be used for heating or low temperature reaction. The temperature control range of high and low temperature integrated machine is -20 °C ~ 200 °C, which can satisfy the needs of general experiment.
