The vacuum condition of the laboratory glass reactor is very important. Many reactions need to be completed in a vacuum state during use, so a bad vacuum condition will affect the reaction effect.What is the reason for the poor vacuum of the laboratory jacketed glass reactor? What should I do if the vacuum is not good?

Situation 1: The vacuum suddenly disappears. In this case, it may be that the glass is cracked or the switch is broken. Please check the glass parts or replace the switch.

Situation 2: There is a vacuum but it cannot be pumped. In this case, it is most likely that the sealing ring is worn or the vacuum switch is leaking. Please replace the seal ring or switch.

Situation 3: Sometimes there is no vacuum. In this case, there may be dirt on the steel shaft and loose connectors. Please remove the dirt and check the vacuum gauge and vacuum pump.

Situation 4: The vacuum hose is aging. In this case, please replace the vacuum hose in time.
1. Turn on the power switch but the indicator light is off. It may be that the external power supply is not connected or the connection is poor. Please ask a professional electrician to check the power supply and socket.

2. When the fuse is short-circuited, set the power switch to the OFF position and then replace the fuse and socket.

3. The power indicator light is on but does not rotate. The reason is that the rotating shaft is rusty. Please contact the supplier.

4. The main shaft is loose left and right, and the tightening screw is loose. Please tighten in time.

5. The motor temperature is too high (room temperature to 40°C belongs to the normal range), overload and shutdown. Remove the dirt on the contact part between the sealing ring and the glass shaft and apply vacuum grease.

6. The speed display does not match the actual situation, the voltage is unstable, and there is an error in itself, please contact the supplier.

7. When the shell is electrified and the heating pipe has cracks and water enters, please check by a professional electrician.
