Glass part:

Glass part:

The single-layer kettle body is a reaction material placing container, the material is borosilicate glass, high temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and is the best container for chemical acid experiment;
The constant pressure dropping funnel is a liquid feeding device of double-layered kettle, which provides liquid feeding material during the reaction process, and can also satisfy the continuous dropping function of the material in the reaction process;
The distillation elbow is used with a condenser, which is a reaction process that can be used for reflow and can be extracted;
The serpentine condenser evaporates back and distills the condensed material, and the condensation effect is good;
The thermometer sleeve is set for measuring the temperature of the material in the kettle body, and the material corrosion probe is placed;
The inlet and outlet valves provide a deflation function for the vacuum distillation experiment, and can also be used for extraction and feeding during the experiment;
The lower discharge valve is divided into two types: PTFE and glass, which are used for sealing in the material reaction process and collecting and discharging after the reaction is completed;
The hollow plug is located at the top of the constant pressure dropping funnel for feeding and sealing the constant pressure dropping funnel;
The suction elbow is located at the top of the serpentine condenser and is used for vacuuming during vacuum distillation experiments.

Stirring part:

The PTFE mixing blade is divided into anchor type and paddle type, which functions as a stirring function. It can be connected and stirred by stainless steel wrapped with PTFE stir bar and mixing motor. The material can be fully stirred and mixed. Wait for stirring);
The deceleration and agitating motor is a stirring power device. It can be controlled by the inverter and can be used to reduce the mixing of the materials with high viscosity. The conventionally used 3 to 1, 5 to 1 reduction gears are used.
The frequency converter is the control device of the stirring system, which can adjust the effective speed of the motor to meet the required speed requirements of the customer, and has strong stability;
The stainless steel universal joint buckle is located between the stirring motor and the stirring rod for connecting the motor and the stirring rod to ensure the normal operation of the motor and the stirring rod within a certain deviation range.

Sealing part:

The mechanical seal is located in the PTFE stirring plug of the stirring lid of the kettle lid to ensure the sealing of the stirring rod during the stirring and rotating process, so that the kettle body does not leak gas and affect the experiment;
The rustproof bearing is located in the PTFE stirring plug of the stirring lid of the kettle lid, ensuring that the stirring rod does not have excessive friction with the PTFE stirring plug during the stirring and rotating process, thereby the service life;
Support bracket section:
The stainless steel floor frame is made of 304 material, which serves as a supporting function for the whole body; more than 10 liters are supported by the heating device, which can protect the single-layer body;
The brake casters are located at the four corners of the heating device. They are made of rubber and are wear-resistant. After the single-layer kettle is placed, the brake device can be pressed to fix the equipment.

Heating and cooling parts:

The heating method of single-layer kettle is divided into three types: water bath, oil bath and electric heating sleeve. According to customer requirements, the temperature control method is intelligent digital display temperature control, and the temperature control precision is high;
The cooling method of the single-layer kettle is to pass the cold medium through the cooling coil on the inner wall of the heating tank, and after being exchanged with the heating medium, it is transferred to the material in the kettle, and generally can only be used for forced cooling of the material, and is an optional accessory.
