Many customers think that connecting the various components is the installation, but they don't know that if you don't pay attention to the details when installing the 50-liter double-layer glass reactor, they will often overlook many very important installation steps, which will lead to problems such as shortening the service life of the product.Please carefully observe the following precautions during installation to ensure that all installation steps are in place.
1. No matter what instrument is installed, the first step is to check whether all accessories are complete according to the packing list and check whether the glass is damaged or not.

2. After inspection, assemble the stainless steel pipe and the fixing parts into the frame according to the instructions.

3. Then install the electrical box on the top of the right rear pole, tighten the screws, and insert the seven-pin plug. The vacuum gauge is installed at the rear end and the screws are tightened.

4. Fix the circular bracket of the kettle on the vertical slider according to the height of use, place the kettle on the bracket, and use the semicircular hoop for fixing. The neck of the kettle is inserted into the vertical slider respectively, and the fixing screws are tightened after closing. The main body of the reactor should be vertical when installing.

5. The stirring rod is fixed on the gear ring clamp of the motor spindle, the stirring rod passes through the rotating bearing in the middle, and the special connector is tightened, and then the position of the motor is adjusted, paying attention to the vertical concentricity.
6. The slider on the pole is a stainless steel multi-purpose clamp that can be fixed and adjusted in different directions and heights.

7. Plug the condenser into the left standard port on the bottle cap, the right standard port is the feed port, connect to the constant pressure funnel, the middle and front standard port is the thermometer casing port, the rear standard port of the cap is the multifunctional spare port, and the bottom is equipped with a discharge valve. The top and bottom of the kettle are respectively the inlet and outlet of the circulating fluid.The lower port is connected to the circulating fluid inlet, and the upper port is connected to the circulating fluid return port.

8. When installing a 50-liter double-layer glass reactor, it must be kept clean. Vaseline should be applied to each interface to prevent the glass from locking up, and then vacuum grease should be applied to prevent air leakage.

9. Press the universal wheel fixing device to stir. If the stirring is stable, it means that the debugging has been completed.
