I often encounter problems when I use them. I have sorted out some simple troubleshooting methods today and hope to help everyone.
1. Turn on the power switch indicator: The external power supply is not connected or the contact is bad. Please check the power supply and socket with a professional electrician.
2. Short-circuit of the fuse: Turn the power switch to the OFF position and replace the fuse.
3. The power indicator is on but not rotating: the rotating shaft is rusted, stop using, and contact the supplier. The motor and electrical box are faulty. The seven-pin plug is not connected and the seven-pin plug is reconnected.
4, the vacuum suddenly disappears: there may be cracks in the glass, please check the glass parts; there may be damage to the switch, please change the switch.
5, there is a vacuum but can not pump: may be the seal ring wear, please replace the seal ring, there may be a vacuum switch connected to the leak, please replace the switch.
6. Sometimes there is no vacuum: the dirt connector on the steel shaft is loose, please remove the dirt and check the vacuum gauge and vacuum pump.
7, vacuum hose aging: need to replace the vacuum hose.
8. Loose left and right spindles: Tighten the screws.
9. The motor temperature is too high, overload: stop, the shaft is rotated by hand to see if it is very heavy. It is very important to remove the dirt that the sealing ring does not touch the glass shaft, and then apply the vacuum grease.
10. The speed display does not match the actual: the voltage is unstable and there is an error in itself.
11, the shell is charged: the heating pipe has cracks into the water, please check with a professional electrician.

Glass reactors require attention to many details during use due to their glass material characteristics and the support of the iron frame. Due to its large amount of reaction, the concentration of solvent in the surrounding air during use is large, so safety settings must be made. For its explosion-proof design, the explosion-proof motor, explosion-proof switch and explosion-proof power controller are mainly installed in the motor for stirring and the power controller. General manufacturers can provide installation, but the cost is slightly more expensive, but it is worthwhile for safety. Because of the large amount of solvent in the reaction, the surrounding air is prone to high concentration, so all the necessary gas alarms are required in the workplace. Do not stack solvents or debris around the reactor, and keep a safe passage. For the glass reactor, the insulation medium is also very important. Because of its small interlayer thickness, the insulation performance is relatively poor. In the process of using high temperature and low temperature, it is necessary to use the insulation material to protect the kettle body.
