Double-layer glass reactor installation:

1. Open the box and check all components.

2. Remove the stainless steel frame and adjust the support ring to the proper position.

3. Mount the glass flask on a stainless steel frame. Adjust the support ring and tighten the screws.

4. Install the main rod, condenser bracket and all connecting rods.

5. Install the motor and inverter.

6. Install the agitated seal assembly onto the glass cover. Insert the stir bar and close the lid. Applying a small amount of grease to the sealing surface can reduce the wear of the glassware and ensure a high degree of vacuum.

7. Install all glass components and coat the sealing surface with silicone grease.

8. Install the drain valve on the bottom of the jacketed flask.

9. Check all installation steps. After all adjustments have been made, you can turn on the power to test the device.

1. The operating manual must be read before starting for the first time in order to operate the equipment correctly.

2. The supply voltage must comply with the equipment regulations.

3. Do not operate the equipment at high speed under no-load conditions.

4. Ambient temperature and humidity have a significant impact on the life of the digitizer. Please keep the converter and motor dry.

5. Install the device first, then turn it on by a professional electrician. Make sure GND is grounded.

6. Discharge of the converter or capacitor within 5 minutes after power failure may result in electric shock.

7. When handling, please pay attention to hard objects (watches, rings, belt buckles, etc.) to avoid damage to the glassware.

The glass reactor voltage produced by our company can be customized to 110V and 380V. The coolant circulation pump refrigeration assembly is optional.
