How to understand the operation skills of the coolant circulation pump

The coolant circulation pump can be used with a glass reactor. The coolant circulation pump has large cooling capacity and fast cooling speed, which greatly improves the working efficiency; the coolant circulation pump can meet the requirements of low temperature cooling capacity, low temperature and container volume according to different requirements of users.
The coolant circulation pump adopts air-cooled fully enclosed compressor unit refrigeration and microcomputer intelligent control system to provide low-temperature cooling water pump (liquid) flow or low-temperature constant temperature water (liquid) flow, which can meet cooling or constant temperature instrument cooling water and cryogenic liquid. The cryostat experiment was carried out directly in the tank in a solvent.

Prepare the coolant circulation pump before starting:
The inlet and outlet of the coolant circulation pump are connected to the outlet and inlet of the experimental equipment, respectively, using an insulated hose; the thermal cover is opened from the sink opening, water or other medium is injected, and the liquid does not pass through the evaporator.

To connect to the power supply, pay attention to:
Make sure the safety switch is turned off before turning on the power;
The power connector is plugged into a dedicated outlet and the outlet must be securely grounded.
After using the coolant circulation pump, you must:
Turn off the equipment to be cooled, then turn off the coolant circulation pump switch, the agitator switch, the refrigerator switch, the power switch, then unplug the safety switch and disconnect the power plug;
When not in use for a long time, drain the coolant in time and rinse it off with clean water.
