Simple troubleshooting method for double glass reactor:
(1) Turn on the power switch, the indicator light does not light: If the external power supply is not connected or the contact is poor, please check the power supply and the socket with a professional electrician.
(2) The power indicator light is on, but it does not turn: the shaft is rusted, stop using, and contact the supplier. Motor, electrical box failure, not connected to the seven-pin plug, reconnect the seven-pin plug;
(3) The vacuum suddenly disappears: the glass has cracks, the switch is broken, the glass parts are inspected, and the switch is replaced;
(4) There is vacuum, but it cannot be pumped out: the seal ring is worn. If the vacuum switch leaks, please replace the seal ring and switch;
(5) Sometimes it is not vacuum: the steel shaft and the dirt joint are loose, please clean the dirt and check the vacuum gauge and vacuum pump;
(6) Vacuum hose aging: Please replace the vacuum hose.
(7) Fuse short circuit: Place the power switch in the off position and replace the fuse.
