The working principle of the glass reactor:
A constant temperature (high temperature or low temperature) hot solution or coolant is injected through the glass reactor interlayer, and the contents of the reactor are heated or cooled at a constant temperature, and stirring can be provided. The material is reacted in the reaction kettle, and the evaporation and reflux of the reaction solution can be controlled. After the reaction is completed, the material can be discharged from the discharge port of the bottom of the kettle, and the operation is extremely convenient.
 
Tips on glass reactor operation:
 
1. In the reaction of different media in the glass reactor, first check whether the medium has corrosion to the main material.
 
2. It is strictly forbidden to dismantle with pressure when working or at the end! It is strictly forbidden to work under overpressure and over temperature;
 
3, jacketed heat transfer oil heating, when adding heat transfer oil, please do not mix water or other liquids, should check the oil level of the heat transfer oil from time to time;
 
4. If there is abnormal sound inside the isolation sleeve during operation, stop the pressure and check whether the mixing system has abnormal conditions. Regularly check the amount of swing of the stirring shaft. If the amount of swing is too large, the bearing or sliding bushing should be replaced in time;
 
5. According to the voltage used by the controller, connect the corresponding voltage. The hot and neutral wires of the controller should not be connected. Do not perform wiring work during power transmission to prevent electric shock!
 
6.When the final reaction temperature is determined, it is not allowed to change the temperature set value during the heating process to avoid a large overshoot of the temperature.
