The stainless steel reaction kettle is a chemical reaction equipment made of stainless steel. It consists mainly of a kettle body, a kettle lid, a heating and cooling jacket, a stirrer, a transmission device, a shaft sealing device, and a support. It combines low-speed powerful mixing and high-speed dispersion into one, and has good adaptability to medium and high viscosity and thixotropic materials. For stirring and dispersing, it can be carried out at the same time, and the desired effect can be obtained. Stirring forms of stainless steel reactors generally include anchor type, paddle type, turbine type, propulsion type or frame type. When the high diameter is relatively large, the stirring device can be used with multiple layers of mixing blades, or can be arbitrarily selected according to user requirements.

Stainless steel reactor operation instructions

Before booting

1. Check whether the inside of the kettle, the agitator, the rotating part, the auxiliary equipment, the indicating instrument, the safety valve, the pipeline and the valve meet the safety requirements.
2. Check whether water, electricity and gas meet safety requirements.

Booting up

1. Before the feeding, the stirrer of the reaction kettle should be opened. If there is no noise and normal, the material should be added to the reaction kettle. The amount of feed should not exceed the process requirements.
2. Before opening the steam valve, first open the air valve and then open the air inlet valve. Open the steam valve should be slow, so that it is preheated to the jacket, and gradually increase the pressure inside the jacket is not allowed to exceed the specified value.
3. The steam valve and the cooling valve cannot be started at the same time, and the steam pipe is not allowed to hammer and collide when it is over-gas.
4. When opening the cooling water valve, first open the water valve and then open the water valve. The cooling water pressure must not be lower than 0.1 MPa, nor higher than 0.2 MPa.
5, water ring vacuum pump, you must first open the pump after the water supply, stop the pump, stop the pump and then stop the water, and should exclude water in the pump.
6. Check the operation of the reactor at any time, and find that the abnormality should be stopped for maintenance.

After shutdown

1. Stop stirring, cut off the power supply, and close various valves.
2. When shoveling the pot, the power of the mixer must be cut off, the warning sign should be hoisted, and the guardian should be set up.
3. The stainless steel reaction kettle must be subjected to periodic technical inspection according to the requirements of the pressure vessel. If the inspection is unqualified, it shall not be turned on.
