1. Placing problems

In particular, when feeding with a funnel, a corresponding moving ladder is required to allow the worker to feed. It is recommended that the solid reagent be preferably added to the kettle as a solution, and the liquid reagent can be pumped into the kettle through a matching water pump or oil pump.
3. Selection of cold and heat sources in the interlayer of double-layer glass reactor
The cold and heat source in the interlayer should be selected according to the needs of the medium, especially pay attention to the viscosity of the medium. If the viscosity of the medium is too large, the circulation pump may not move, resulting in poor circulation and failure to achieve good temperature control. We can't rush to replace the high-power circulating pump, because if the pressure is too large, it may cause the glass reactor to rupture. For example, ice or ethanol is usually used at low temperature, and water bath is used at normal temperature. Oil bath or sand bath can be selected at high temperature.
