Characteristics and use of high and low temperature cycle equipment
Operators need to know the preparations and methods before using the high and low temperature cycle device
High and low temperature circulation device features:
1. The high and low temperature circulation device adopts a wave plate heat exchanger, which has a large heat exchange area and a fast heat exchange speed.
2. Sealed whole liquid circulation: there is no volatilization of oil mist at high temperature, and the heat transfer oil will not be oxidized or browned; it will not absorb water vapor in the air at low temperature, which prolongs the life of the heat transfer oil and has low cost.
3. Precisely controlling the temperature of the chemical reaction is the first choice for safely controlling the exothermic reaction.
4. The equipment adopts PID intelligent control, automatically adjusts the power output according to the chemical process technology, accurately controls the temperature of the reaction process, and meets the requirements of the reaction process for temperature changes.
5.Specially customized circulation pump can provide maximum flow rate, generate minimum pressure and heat, achieve maximum heat exchange efficiency, minimum system resistance, minimum pump system heat, and minimum system energy consumption.
6. Standard type adopts PLC control, more user-friendly display interface (human-machine interface), simple operation, can display the set temperature of the working process, outlet temperature, temperature change curve in the kettle, and realize multi-stage programming of the temperature of the program.
7. The standard type can set the maximum temperature difference between the kettle body and the jacket according to the safety requirements provided by the reactor manufacturer. If the temperature difference between the inside and outside reaches the safety limit required by the manufacturer, the device will automatically stop working and give an alarm to ensure the reaction. The kettle will not break due to the large temperature difference.
Preparation of high and low temperature circulation device before use:
1. Use. Open the wooden box and install the inlet and outlet valve on the inlet. (Note: the inlet and outlet are marked on the top of the machine, the valve is a shut-off valve, the valve medium flows in a direction, and the valve is marked with a flow direction.
2. Connect the valve to the reactor with a hose. The inlet and outlet of the reactor should be lower and upper to ensure that the reactor remains full.
3. Open the liquid adding hole of the high and low temperature tank, add the medium into the machine, and turn on the machine's circulation switch to allow the liquid to circulate throughout the system. (Note: the air in the system should be evacuated)
4, the cooling medium should meet the conditions of use. (I.e. no freezing under low temperature and no boiling under high temperature)
Using method of high and low temperature circulation device:
Add thermally conductive synthetic oil and power connection:
1. Connect the circulating outlet of the equipment to the inlet of the reactor, and connect the circulating inlet of the equipment to the outlet of the reactor. Make the system a closed loop system.
2. Connect the power supply correctly.
3. Open the top cover of the replenishment tank and add thermal oil to the expansion liquid level; open the exhaust valve, turn on the power, and press the cycle key to start adding thermal oil to the system. Until liquid leaks from the exhaust port. (Most of the gas in the system has been discharged at this time)
4. After the liquid is added, the liquid level of the expansion tank at 25 degrees must be at the specified liquid level, and it cannot exceed or fall below the calibrated liquid level. (Exhaust valve closed)
Power switch: Turn on the power switch first according to your work needs.
Heating switch: Turn the heating switch on or off according to the set temperature value. (Must be turned on during the heating or constant temperature phase)
Cooling / pre-cooling switch: Turn the cooling switch on or off according to the set temperature value. (Not in the cooling section and the measurement temperature> 70 need to turn off this switch).
