Glass reactor structure and operation guide

The glass reaction kettle is composed of a kettle body, a kettle lid, a jacket, a stirrer, a transmission device, a shaft sealing device, and a support. Stirring types are generally anchor type, paddle type, turbine type, propulsion type or frame type. When the stirring device has a large diameter, multi-layer stirring blades can be used, and it can also be optionally selected according to user requirements. A jacket is set outside the kettle wall, or a heat exchange surface is set in the device, and heat exchange can also be performed by external circulation.

The heating methods include electric heating, hot water heating, heat transfer oil circulation heating, far infrared heating, outer (inner) coil heating, etc. The cooling methods are jacket cooling, inner coil cooling of the kettle, and the form of stirring blades. The support base includes a support type or an ear type support. Gear speed reducer should be used when the speed exceeds 160 rpm. The number of openings, specifications or other requirements can be designed and manufactured according to user requirements.
 
1. In the reaction of different media in a glass reactor, first check whether the media is corrosive to the main material. Vigorous reactions to instantaneous reactions, large amounts of gas or high-temperature flammable and explosive chemical reactions, and high-temperature, high-temperature, or chloride ions and fluoride ions in the medium that cause serious corrosion to stainless steel must be specially ordered! Except for the kettle body and jacket are made of transparent glass, the others are stainless steel or other metal materials.
 
2. When loading the reaction medium, it should not exceed 2/3 liquid level of the kettle body!
 
3. During work or at the end, disassembly with pressure is strictly prohibited! It is strictly forbidden for the kettle to work under excessive pressure and temperature!
 
4. The jacket heat transfer oil is heated. When adding heat transfer oil, be careful not to mix water or other liquids, and check the oil level of the heat transfer oil from time to time!
 
5. If there is any abnormal sound inside the isolation sleeve during operation, stop and release the pressure, and check whether there is any abnormality in the mixing system. Regularly check the amount of swing of the stirring shaft. If the amount of swing is too large, the bearings or sliding sleeves should be replaced in time!
 
6. Connect the corresponding voltage according to the operating voltage of the controller, single-phase 220V, three-phase 380V, do not connect the live and neutral wires of the controller; do not perform wiring work during power transmission to prevent electric shock! In order to ensure the normal operation of the controller and the personal safety of the staff, you must connect the ground wire! The controller itself is not explosion-proof, so avoid flammable and explosive environments such as oil and gas!
 
7. After the final reaction temperature is determined, it is not allowed to change the temperature setting during the heating process, so as to avoid a large overshoot in the temperature!
