Important notices
1. Operating manual must be read before initial start-up so as to operate the device correctly.
 
2. Supply voltage must be consistent with the provisions of the device.
 
3. Do not operate the device at high speed under no-load conditions.
 
4. Ambient temperature and humidity affect the service life of  the digital converter greatly. Please keep the converter and motor dry.
 
5. Install the device first, then power on by a professional electrician. Make sure the GND to ground. 
 
6. There may be an electric shock as the converter or capacitor discharge within 5 minutes after power off.
 
7. Pay attention to the hard objects (watches, rings, belt buckles, etc.) when you operate in case of damage the glassware.
 
Introduction
Our jacketed glass reactor is made according to customers actual requirements and new standards. It absorbs the advantages of similar products at home and broad. Reagents are set in the inner layer of double-layer glass reaction kettle, at the same time, vacuum can be taken out and mixing speed be adjusted. Interlayer can lead in refrigerating fluid, water and high temperature liquid to heat and cool the materials. It can be used in the experiment, middle-scale test, and production of chemistry, fine chemical engineering, biological pharmacy and synthesis of new materials.
 
 
Features
1. High borosilicate glass has good physical and chemical properties.
 
2. It can be used in wide temperature range from high temperature (300℃) to low temperature (-80℃).
 
3. It can work in constant pressure and vacuum, vacuum degree is below 0.098MPa in quiet situation.
 
4. Digital display of mixing speed, frequency conversion, and constant speed mixing system, work steadily.
 
5. The mechanical sealing method and materials between mixer shaft, PTFE mixing paddle; separating kettle cover is convenient to disassemble, clean and install.

Installation
1. Open the packing case, and check all components. 
 
2. Bring out the stainless steel frame, adjust the support ring to a suitable position.
 
3. Mount the jacketed flask on the stainless steel frame. Adjust the support ring and tighten the screws.
 
4. Install the main rod, condenser support and all connecting rods.
 
5. Install the motor and frequency converter.
 
6. Install the stirring sealing components to the glass cap. Insert the stirring rod and close the cap. Coating a little bit grease on the sealing surface can reduce wear and tear of glassware and ensure a high vacuum degree.
 
7. Install all the glass components and coat sealing surface with silicon grease.
 
8. Mount the discharge valve on the bottom of jacketed flask.
 
9. Check all the installation steps, when all the adjustments are done, you can power on to test the device.
 
 
Operation procedures
1. Check the supply voltage to ensure it is consistent with the specifications of the device.
 
2. Connect plug to power socket, turn on the frequency converter, rotate the rotation knob to set suitable rotation speed.
 
3. After installing the stirring rod, rotate it by hand to check if the concentricity is good. If not,adjust it gradually from slow to fast.
 
4. If the sealing performance become weaker, please check the the rotating bearing seal in the stirrer.
 
5. Adopt GG17 high-borosilicate glass with nice physical-chemical properties.
 
6. Move mixing blades up and down 5cm according to the actual need.  
 
7. Circulation port on the outside of interlayers, can do heating reaction using hot oil, do low temperature reaction using coolant. If use steam heat, not more than 0.5 K - 1K (Better not to use pressure steam heating).   
 
8. The discharge valve at the bottom will be frosted under low temperature environment, please thaw before using the valve in case of breaking the glass.
 
9. If there are particles in reaction solution, please wash valve carefully after draining because the particles remaining in the valve will affect the tightness.
 
 
Maintenance
1. Check all components carefully before operating and make sure they are in good condition and take care of glassware.
 
2. Maintain it once a week, scrubbed clean and coated with a small amount of grease. Check the wear of the sealing ring (corrosion) degree, replace wear (corrosion) seals in time, to ensure that the degree of vacuum equipment. 
 
3. Do not tighten the plug too tight, to loose it regularly.
 
4. Turn the power switch on first and then let the machine works from slow to fast. Power off when stop working.
 
5. Do not tighten the PTFE discharge valve too tight in case of damaging the glass.
 
6. Keep the instrument clean after using.
 
7. Each time after use, please loosing the PTFE valve, if not, the PTFE piston will be out of shape.
 
8. To Keep the axis and seal ring lubrication, clean the sealing ring regularly, wiping clean with the clean and soft cloth, coated with a small amount of vacuum grease, and then remounted.
 
9. Electrical parts can not be soaked.
 
10.Cut the power off before do any maintenance.
 
 
Considerations
1. Power connection must have a solid grounding wire to ensure that case safety ground.
 
2. Be careful when dismantling and cleaning the glassware in case of damage.
 
3. To heavy solution, the user must take corresponding measures of safety protection and follow related requirement specified.
 
4. To the precious solutions, the user should do the simulation experiment first to confirm if the equipment can meet the experimental request, and then turn to normal use.
 
5. Ensuring reliable connection reactor connect with devices to prevent shedding and resulting in injury.
 
6.Power off after using.
