Offer 30 liter glass reactor|ZZKD Instrument
Glass reaction vessels are widely used in the manufacture of pharmaceuticals. They are inherently resistant to many of the often aggressive ingredients whose use avoids metal contamination and, in addition to their own contaminants, affects the rate of chemical reactions. The reactor can be operated at atmospheric pressure, high temperature or under vacuum. In addition to chemical reactions, they can also be used as mixers, heaters, storage tanks, crystallization tanks and evaporators. In each case, the container is emptied through the flush valve at the bottom.
Double-layer glass reactors are becoming more effective for active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), so Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements place increasingly stringent requirements on valve design and sealing. There is no dead zone, easy to clean and rinse is the standard for valves, and cross-contamination must be avoided at all costs. The sealing valve of the glass reaction vessel lags behind the valve seal of the steel vessel.Due to the glass container manufacturing process, the aperture tolerance is much larger. The new valve sealing technology of glass reaction vessels improves sealing and productivity.
Connecting the valve and probe to the reaction vessel means overcoming the wide tolerances encountered in the port bore during manufacture of the glass vessel. Elastomeric rubber seals are well suited for this purpose because their flexibility overcomes the defects of the glass holes to form an effective seal.
30L glass reaction vessel produced by ZZKD glass reactor manufacturer. For maximum utility, the tank typically has a jacket to allow temperature control, including inlet and outlet valves, as well as various probes, injection ports and vents.
