Stainless steel reactor cleaning and maintenance method

What is a stainless steel reactor?

The stainless steel reaction kettle has the characteristics of rapid heating, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, sanitation, no environmental pollution, no need for automatic boiler heating, convenient use, etc. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical, rubber, pesticide, dye, medicine, food, and The processes of vulcanization, nitration, hydrogenation, alkylation, polymerization, condensation, etc. are completed on the premise of full mixing of the participating reactants, and a stirring device is required for the physical changes such as heating, cooling, liquid extraction and gas absorption. To a good result.

Stainless steel reactor cleaning method

1. Chemical additives cleaning. Collect a certain amount of impurities, find out a host that can react with impurities by chemical detection, add it to the stainless steel reaction kettle, stir it, so that the impurities are corroded by the auxiliary agent, and then release from the discharge port to complete the cleaning work. . This method is simple, the labor cost is not high, but the damage to the stainless steel reactor is very large, because the corrosive additives can corrode the impurities, and also cause a certain amount of corrosion on the kettle body and the stirrer of the stainless steel reactor. .
2. High pressure cleaning. The inner wall of the stainless steel reactor and the agitator were flushed with a high-pressure water gun, and the high-pressure water gun was used to remove the impurities. This method has the least effect on the stainless steel reactor, and if the inner wall of the stainless steel reactor is polished, it will be easier to clean.

Cleaning steps of stainless steel high pressure reactor

1. Turn off the high-pressure reactor current switch first, and adjust the stirring switch and speed control heating switch to zero.
2. Rinse the inner wall of the autoclave, stir and join the surface with the mother liquor before feeding, and then slowly close the upper cover to avoid hitting the joint.
3. Charge the reaction solvent from the exhaust valve into the high pressure reactor, wash away most of the residue, and then add half of the water to the reactor for stirring for 10 minutes before opening the lid and cleaning the inner wall of the kettle. .
4. When cleaning the autoclave, the cap and sampling valve must be cleaned. At the same time, if there is water in the kettle, the nitrogen is slightly filled.
5. For reactors that are not used temporarily, it is best to soak the 70% by volume of clean anhydrous ethanol in the autoclave without loosening the screws. After the autoclave is cleaned, it is convenient for the next use.

Maintenance of laboratory stainless steel reactor

1. The laboratory stainless steel reactor should be placed indoors. When equipped with multiple laboratory stainless steel reactors, multiple units should be placed separately. Each operating room should have an exit to the outside or the passage, and the equipment should be well ventilated.
2. When installing the stainless steel reaction kettle cover in the laboratory, the sealing surfaces between the stainless steel reaction kettle cover and the stainless steel reaction kettle cover should be prevented from colliding with each other. The stainless steel reaction kettle cover is carefully placed on the stainless steel reaction vessel body in a fixed position. When the main nut is tightened, it must be tightened step by step in a diagonally and symmetric manner. The force should be uniform, and the stainless steel reaction kettle lid should not be tilted to one side to avoid affecting the sealing effect.
3. For the positive and negative nut joints, only the positive and negative nuts should be rotated. The two arc sealing surfaces must not be relatively rotated. When all the nut pattern couplings are assembled, the lubricating oil should be applied.
4. The thread seal of the needle valve can achieve a certain good sealing effect by simply turning its valve needle and pressing its sealing surface.
5. Move the rotating body on the stainless steel reaction kettle by hand to check whether the operation is flexible.
6. The controller of the high-pressure stainless steel reactor should be placed on the operating platform. The working environment temperature is 10-40 ° C, the relative humidity is less than 85%, and the surrounding medium does not contain conductive dust and corrosive gases.
The above is the cleaning and maintenance of the laboratory stainless steel high pressure reactor for everyone's summary, in the daily long use process, can greatly improve the reaction effect and service life of the stainless steel high pressure reactor.
